How do I print my receipt?
Once your credit card has been successfully charged for your CLEAR Plus Membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log in at my.clearme.com and select ‘Print Receipt’ on the right side.
How do I upgrade to CLEAR Plus?
You can upgrade online or at the airport.
1. To get started online, log on to my.clearme.com to upgrade your account to CLEAR Plus.
2. On your next visit to a CLEAR airport location, complete your enrollment process in-person and enjoy breezing through airport security. No reservation required!
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your Membership, select “Chat with us” to chat with our Digital Ambassador, Clara, and take care of this in just a few seconds.
If you are on a trial period, you will not be charged if you cancel before the last day of your trial.
If you joined CLEAR Plus through another Member’s Family Plan, only the main account holder can make changes.
How do I log in to my account?
Visit my.clearme.com to sign in. Your username is the email address you used to enroll. You can reset your password by selecting ‘Forget Your Password.’
How do I use CLEAR Plus at the airport?
At participating airports, look for the CLEAR Lanes at TSA security checkpoints! Our friendly CLEAR Ambassadors will be ready to greet you. Once you’re at the CLEAR Pod, you’ll scan your boarding pass, verify your identity with your eyes or fingerprints, and then an Ambassador will escort you to standard physical screening. CLEAR Plus can also be used with TSA PreCheck® for the fastest way to your gate.
What is Guest Pass? How does it work?
A CLEAR Guest Pass is a seasonal offer with a unique promo code you can share with friends and family for a free trial of CLEAR Plus. Refer to our Guest Pass email communications for all the details!
How does CLEAR protect my personal data?
Privacy is at the center of everything we do at CLEAR and we are fully committed to protecting our members' information. We never sell or rent personal information. Personal information is only used to deliver a frictionless and secure experience with CLEAR. You can read more details about this in our Privacy Policy which can be reviewed here.
How can I purchase a CLEAR Gift Card?
You can purchase CLEAR Gift Cards online by visiting the CLEAR Gift Card page. Find additional support purchasing a Gift Card here. CLEAR Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions or preferred rates. Once the gifted time has ended, members can link their Delta SkyMiles® or United MileagePlus® account by logging into my.clearme.com.
