We accept bags up to 1 hour before the departure time of your flight.

We bring your luggage directly to the airlines when it’s checked in. In the event of an unexpected issue, you can start by reaching out to your airline’s baggage line directly, or to the Bags Inc customer care team for support here. We know it can be stressful when bags don’t arrive as planned, so our is always happy to help get you to the right place for support—they can be reached at denversupport@clearme.com.

No, we can print your boarding passes right at our podiums.

This service is free to CLEAR Plus Members, but airline bag fees still apply if you do not receive free baggage with your ticket.

Existing CLEAR Plus Members (i.e. you have the paid airport membership) will receive $100 to purchase free stock after signing up and making an initial deposit of at least $250 within 30 days of opening their Public account through CLEAR. To qualify for the offer, you must maintain $250 in your Public account for at least 5 business days from the date of account approval.
