You have full control of your information. All of your personal data - including biometrics - will be deleted upon request.  If you wish to request deletion of your information, just email privacy@clearme.com or submit a request here.

Once your credit card has been successfully charged for your CLEAR Plus Membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log in at my.clearme.com and select ‘Print Receipt’ on the right side.

Verifying your identity helps you build authenticity within your LinkedIn community. A verification by CLEAR on your LinkedIn profile helps indicate to your network that you are you. Adding verifications is optional, and it’s not a required step to complete your profile.

To remove your Digital Vaccine Card:

1. Open the CLEAR app and select the blue Digital Vaccine Card tile.

2. Follow the prompts to view your Digital Vaccine Card and select 'View Details'.

3. Select 'Remove Vaccination'.

If you choose to remove your Digital Vaccine Card, you will need to re-add your vaccination information if you'd like to use your Digital Vaccine Card in the future.

Yes. Once scanned and a Digital Vaccine Card is generated, you can access an image of your CDC card or SMART Health Card by tapping "View Details".

CLEAR Verified extends our identity platform to experiences outside of the airport; helping businesses deliver the same friction-free and trusted experiences to their customers. CLEAR delivers a single, verified customer identity that can be easily applied and networked to multiple use-cases.

You can make a reservation for up to 10 people. However, please keep in mind that all members of the party must show up together at the reserved time.

You can upgrade online or at the airport.

1. To get started online, log on to my.clearme.com to upgrade your account to CLEAR Plus.
2. On your next visit to a CLEAR airport location, complete your enrollment process in-person and enjoy breezing through airport security. No reservation required!

Yes. If you aren't yet a member, you can enroll by selecting the 'digital vaccine card' tile or ‘Health Pass’ tile in the app.
