How can I add family members to my account?
Bundle and save! Add up to 3 family members or friends to your account for $119 each. Family members under 18 years old can always join you in the CLEAR Lane for free.
To add a new CLEAR Plus Member log in HERE.
To add an existing CLEAR Plus Member, contact our Member Care team with the following details and we'll update your Family Plan for you:
1. Full name
2. Date of birth
3. Email address associated with their CLEAR Plus Membership
4. Email address associated with your CLEAR Plus Membership
What is CLEAR Plus—and where can I use it?
CLEAR Plus is our paid airport Membership. With CLEAR Plus, you can move faster through airport security nationwide in our designated CLEAR Lanes at TSA checkpoints. Before you fly, our friendly Ambassadors help you verify your identity at a CLEAR Pod to save you time.

Where can I manage my account?
Visit my.clearme.com to manage your Membership:
• Upgrade & reactivate Membership
• Add or deactivate family members
• Cancel or adjust renewal settings
• Update billing information
• View and print receipts
Visit a CLEAR airport location and scan your valid photo I.D. to:
• Update name, date of birth, & address
• Update your face, eyes, or fingers

How do I print my receipt?
Once your credit card has been successfully charged for your CLEAR Plus Membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log in at my.clearme.com and select ‘Print Receipt’ on the right side.
How do I upgrade to CLEAR Plus?
You can upgrade online or at the airport.
1. To get started online, log on to my.clearme.com to upgrade your account to CLEAR Plus.
2. On your next visit to a CLEAR airport location, complete your enrollment process in-person and enjoy breezing through airport security. No reservation required!
How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry to see you go! But we understand things change.
To cancel your Membership, follow these steps:
1.) Sign in to my.clearme.com.
2.) Select 'Billing and Membership' from the lefthand menu.
3.) Click the right arrow next to 'CLEAR Plus Membership' which lists your pay structure and next billing cycle.
4.) Under your CLEAR Plus Membership details and benefits, select 'Cancel Membership' and follow the remaining steps.
OR
1.) Select “Chat with us” to chat with our Digital Ambassador, Halo, and take care of this in just a few seconds.
If you are on a trial period, you will not be charged if you cancel before the last day of your trial.
If you joined CLEAR Plus through another Member’s Family Plan, only the main account holder can make changes.
How do I use CLEAR Plus at the airport?
At participating airports, look for the CLEAR Lanes at TSA security checkpoints! Our friendly CLEAR Ambassadors will be ready to greet you. Once you’re at the CLEAR Pod, you’ll scan your boarding pass, verify your identity with your face, eyes, or fingers, and then an Ambassador will escort you to standard physical screening. CLEAR Plus can also be used with TSA PreCheck® for the fastest way to your gate.
What is Guest Pass? How does it work?
A CLEAR Guest Pass is a seasonal offer with a unique promo code you can share with friends and family for a free trial of CLEAR Plus. Refer to our Guest Pass email communications for all the details!
How does CLEAR protect my personal data?
